A consultant, not a contractor.

Wrightway doesn't swing hammers or run a crew. We're hired directly by homeowners to manage renovations, additions, and new builds on their behalf — which means our advice only ever points one direction: yours.

No crew, no trucks, no subs. We manage the build; we don't perform it.
No markup on bids. The quotes we gather are the quotes you pay.
One client per project: you. Not the builder, not the supplier.

From one quote to the whole build.

Hire us for a single fixed-price service, or bring us on for the life of the project — renovation, addition, or full new build. You choose how much oversight you need.

Full lifecycle consulting

One advocate on your side of the table from the first sketch to the final walkthrough — for renovations, additions, and full new builds alike.

A sequence, not a sprint.

Whether it's a kitchen renovation, a second-storey addition, or a full new build, the same four phases apply. It's slower than skipping steps — and it's why nothing comes back broken.

01

Discovery

We measure twice: talking to the people doing the work before we write a single task.

02

Plan

A blueprint everyone can read — timeline, owners, and the dependencies that actually matter.

03

Build

Work happens in visible phases, with checkpoints instead of surprises at the end.

04

Deliver

A final inspection against the original plan, then a clean handoff to whoever runs it next.

wright

noun — archaic

One who builds or makes, by trade or by hand. As in wheelwright, shipwright, cartwright.

First and foremost, Wright is my last name. Wrightway began as a simple play on that name and the belief that residential projects should be managed the right way.

The older meaning of wright adds a fitting second layer — not because I perform the trade work, but because I respect the care and standards behind it. My role is to represent the homeowner, keep the details coordinated, and make sure the right questions are asked before small issues become costly ones.

That's the philosophy: thoughtful planning, clear communication, and independent oversight from start to finish.
